Reservation Policy and Modification or Cancellation of Your Reservation :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To finalize your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 33% of the total invoice amount must be paid to Chic-Chac. You can choose to make this payment by credit card or Interac transfer. At 60 days before the start of your package, a second payment of 33% will be required, and the remaining balance will be settled upon your departure.<\/p>\n

Reservations made 60 days or less before the start of the package will require a deposit equivalent to 2\/3 of the total amount.<\/p>\n

Pricing Option :<\/h4>\n
 (It is important to consider the chosen pricing type as cancellation terms vary.) Standard: The chosen rate is non-modifiable and non-refundable. Deposits made will be retained by Chic-Chac.<\/pre>\n[\/gt3_custom_text][cms_prix title=”CREDITABLE CANCELLATION” sub_title=”This option allows cancellation up to 10 days before the activity departure and can be credited with the total deposit amount paid within the next 2 years. No modifications will be accepted 10 days or less before the scheduled arrival date. Adding people will depend on availability. Chic-Chac reserves the right to cancel a catski outing at any time, including on the same day, if we deem conditions to be unworkable and dangerous.
