Come play where ecotourism meets hostel resort life, the great outdoors, skiing, and plenty of comfort<\/h3>\n

A new ski experience\u2014and skiing headquarters<\/h4>\n

In this same spirit of growth, the owners of Chic-Chac have just announced many new initiatives aimed at increasing their already abundant offer. First and foremost, new ski runs have been added, and accommodations have been greatly upgraded with new comforts and options. The goal was to add to the winter experience available at this on and off-piste Qu\u00e9bec powder paradise.<\/p>\n

After acquiring the local presbytery in 2014, the team now also owns the neighbouring church\u2014providing them with the ideal opportunity to preserve, renovate, and revitalize this heritage site. \u201cThis emblematic site is set to become the heart of the Chic-Chac resort experience,\u201d says Guillaume Molaison. \u201cIt is so rewarding to be involved in the preservation of local heritage, as well as the daily life of Murdochville residents.\u201d<\/p>\n

The launch of this multi-purpose space is set for this Holiday season, and aims to transform the hostel resort into a year-round space. It will include a welcome centre, restaurant for up to 200 guests, concert venue, boutique, equipment rental, and training space.<\/p>\n

An experience like no other<\/h4>\n

The Chic-Chac team is also increasing the quality and capacity of their accommodations to better meet the needs of their growing clientele\u2014especially when it comes to comfort and a superior stay.<\/p>\n

And in the near future: high-end chalets. \u201cIn recent years, we\u2019ve expanded our accommodation offering,\u201d says Guillaume Molaison, \u201cespecially by providing chalet rentals, the presbytery, and a large home with ski-in\/ski-out access to Mont Miller.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the addition of new ski runs, the Chic-Chac experience and all it has to offer will grow and change in the coming years without ever compromising on ambiance and fun\u2014before, during, or apr\u00e8s ski. \u201cWe are experiencing organic growth right now,\u201d continues Guillaume Molaison. \u201cThis enables us to reinvest by creating partnerships that make a real difference for visitors as well as the local community as a whole.\u201d<\/p>\n
