The Murdoch Masters is a hill climb race at Mt York, Murdochville.
The start is 4 snowmobiles at a time, top 2 move up to the next round.

RULES & CATEGORIES 2022

STOCK CLASS
No modification of the engine, the pistons must be original, programs or programming are prohibited, the exhaust system must be original (are not allowed: pipe, Y pipe, tune), metal studs are prohibited.

OPEN CLASS
All modifications are permitted (metal spikes prohibited)

MOUNTAIN STOCK / 100$
2 stroke, 600cc to 1000cc and 4 stroke 600cc to 1200cc. Track of 144” minimum and 2” studs minimum (no extended snowmobile will be accepted, original turbo and programmers or programming are prohibited).

MANDATORY
Corded power cut (kilswitch) and will be checked, rear pad, full face or motocross helmet, chest protector, goggles or protective visor, snowmobile inspections, driver’s license required.

Extreme sports enthusiasts, we’re hosting the sixth edition the Murdoch Masters. The Chic-Chac will bring together hundreds of snowmobilers from Quebec and elsewhere, to participate in this event with a high dose of adrenaline.

The Hill Climb type competition will be organized at Mont York, on the same section of territory as in previous years and will have 4 participants per start.

Places are limited, only the first 100 to register will be selected with $5,000 in PRIZE MONEY and more to be won. Two different tracks will be set up for the competition on Saturday. A trial section (out of competition) will also be available. In addition, runners and spectators will be able to benefit from the sale and distribution of food and drink at the various event sites. In addition, all activities will be hosted by an on-site DJ during the day and a concert will be offered in the evening at the Quartier Général du Chic-Chac (church).

This event is an important snowmobile event in Quebec not to be missed!

Registration 100$ per race (Maximum of 100 participants)
50$/person (non-competitors) : trial run (different run than the official race)
20$/ person : Catski transport for spectators (many shuttles per day)
