PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservation policy and modification or cancellation of your reservation:
A 33% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Please address checks or credit card payments to the attention of The Chic-Chac. Modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival are accepted, conditional to availability. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of arrival will incur a 10% management fee and the deposit’s balance (23%) will be refunded at season’s end.
Chic-Chac will not refund deposits for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows.
POLICIES, ETHICS & REGULATIONS
Guests staying in our lodges must behave respectfully towards other guests who are also present. From 11 p.m. onwards, loud noise that can be heard in the room next door is not allowed.
At all times, the customer must ensure that the place he occupies and the equipment he uses is kept clean and in good condition. Clients will be billed for any damage caused to the Chic-Chac’s equipment.
The Chic-Chac reserves the right to cancel or modify motorized outings when there is a high risk of avalanche, bad weather or mechanical breakdown, at any time before the outing and without prior notice.
All cancelled or modified outings by the Chic-Chac may be resumed before the end of the current season according to availability.
The Chic-Chac reserves the right at any time to withdraw from the activity a participant who does not have the skills deemed necessary by the guide.
The Chic-Chac reserves the right at any time to remove from the activity a participant who does not respect the safety instructions. These participants are not entitled to any refund, regardless of the time of their withdrawal.
