All houses have wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Soap and shampoo are not included. (Lac York Outdoor Center: Please note that there is no cell phone service, and internet is only available at the reception chalet.)

Reservation Policy and Modification or Cancellation of Your Reservation :

To finalize your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 1/3 of the total invoice amount must be paid to Chic-Chac. You can choose to make this payment by credit card or Interac transfer. At 60 days before the start of your package, a second payment of 1/3 will be required, and the remaining balance will be settled upon your departure.

Reservations made 60 days or less before the start of the package will require a deposit equivalent to 2/3 of the total amount.

Pricing Option :

It is important to consider the chosen pricing type as cancellation terms vary.

Standard: The chosen rate is non-modifiable and non-refundable. Deposits made will be retained by Chic-Chac.

CREDITABLE CANCELLATION

This option allows cancellation up to 10 days before the activity departure and can be credited with the total deposit amount paid within the next 2 years. No credit if the trip is canceled 10 days or less before the start of the package.

8% of the total amount before taxes

REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION

This option allows cancellation up to 10 days before the activity departure and can be refunded the total deposit amount paid. No refund if the trip is canceled 10 days or less before the start of the package.

15% of the total amount before taxes

– No modifications will be accepted 10 days or less  before the reservation start date. Adding individuals will depend on  availability.
– You can change your pricing option until the second deposit is taken, which is 60 days before your reservation begins. The pricing option chosen is charged separately from the booking and is not part of the deposit amount. It must be paid in full separately at the moment of the first deposit. The amount for the pricing option is non-refundable.

Professional photographers are available during your stay. It is possible to appoint a photographer for your day, or to buy the images à la carte.
