RESTAURANT/ FOOD
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES LUNCH, BUT IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A TAKE-OUT MEAL FOR AN AUTONOMOUS TRIP?
Yes, you simply have to notify the kitchen that you want a take-out lunch and we will be happy to prepare you a good sandwich and other snacks that you can enjoy at the top of the mountain! You can pass this information on to dinner service the night before or at breakfast before leaving for the day.
IS THERE A CHOICE OF MEALS?
The breakfast service offers a buffet-style service. There are usually eggs, pastries, potatoes, meats, fruits and much more.
For lunches, you can choose between a take-out dinner or a hot meal served directly on site. The take-out format is a lunch box so you can take it to the mountains with you. The hot meal service takes place in the Quartier Général restaurant and you have a daily menu from which you can choose your meal.
As for dinner service, this takes place at our restaurant in Quartier Général. You have access to a fixed menu as well as a daily menu and you can choose from the menu. Some dinner choices may incur a small supplement depending on the meal chosen. Package dinners include soup and dessert. You can view the restaurant’s menu directly online. Our daily menus also vary from one week to the next in order to avoid redundancy in our meals.
IF I HAVE A SPECIAL DIET, CAN THE KITCHEN ACCOMMODATE MY MEALS?
Regarding allergies and intolerances, please contact reception dircetly and our team will coordinate with the kitchen so we can securely offer you meals. It’s possible for our kitchen to accomodate many dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or pescetarian, but you have to communicate your restrictions with the reception at 418-784-3311.
